Business Automation and AI Consultant

What are you going to do

One of our products is AI Trader, a set of smart AI tools that automate the business activities of our clients. Your task will be to set it up to work perfectly with the products, services and business style of our customers.

You're not a developer (our developers take care of the integration), but You have to understand how sales work and prove it to be debugged with our AI trader.

What your normal day will look like

Teach AI Merchant to understand the client's product

• You will receive a questionnaire from the client about what he sells, to whom and how
• Add all the important information to the application — presentations, price lists, FAQs, content from the web
• Adjust the AI Trader's communication style based on whether it's meant to speak formally, in a friendly way, or somewhere in between.
• Set up how to respond to customer's most frequently asked questions

You test if it works

• You'll simulate dozens of sales conversations — imagine you're a customer and ask the AI Trader about all sorts of things
• Find weak points in communication and fix them
• You let the client try it too, and you incorporate his comments
• You make sure that the AI Trader sells the way it should

Connect the Trader's AI with the client's tools

• You will work with our developers to connect to the systems that the client uses — calendar, email box, contact management system
• Test whether appointments are actually booked, emails sent, and contacts saved correctly
• When something doesn't work, you return it to the developers to fix it and test again

You launch it live and pass it to the client

• You shoot short videos for the client — how to control AI Trader, where to track results, how to adjust settings
• You will pass tests with the client on their real contacts
• You make sure they understand it and know how to use it

You will take care of the long run

• Regularly monitor how the AI Trader is doing — how many interviews he conducts, how many appointments are arranged, what are the customer reactions
• When performance drops, you proactively intervene — adjust settings or consult with the client
• Solve minor editing requirements (this is included in the cost of administration)

How do you know you're a good fit for this position?

What you can do:

• Understand the trade — you know how B2B sales work, what is good business reasoning, how to convince a customer
• Be able to write clearly — your wording must be precise, understandable and unambiguous
• Have a basic technical overview — you don't have to program, but you have to understand how integrations work (email, calendar, contact database)
• Be Careful — you can test systematically, over and over until the results are great
• Work independently — you'll be in charge of projects from start to finish

• Work in sales, software implementation or customer support
• Knowledge of tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.

• Every client has a well-set AI Merchant who actually sells their product/service and achieves good results (appointments, replies, conversions)
• It takes you 14 from entry to startup (we've tried that)
• The client is satisfied for a long time and knows how to work with AI trader and automations
• Fewer than 10% of clients leave annually
